Chef Justin Summersgill has spent 14+ years in professional kitchens, private dining, and premium events across Australia. He started making boutique cheesecakes on Norfolk Island in 2020 — the locals loved them so much, they started calling him The Cheesecake Man. The name stuck.

Now based in Brisbane, every drop is made with fresh local ingredients, no shortcuts, no packets. This isn't mass production — it's a chef putting his name on every single box.
